CatchThatScholarship provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist international students. Our tools include, but are not limited to, a Scholarship Finder, Affordable University Finder, Resume Builder, Statement of Purpose (SOP) Outliner, Routine Maker, Major Matchmaker Quiz, and IELTS preparation resources. All tools are intended strictly for educational and informational purposes.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect you have provided false information or violated these Terms.

3. Educational Disclaimer

The information, databases, and resources provided on CatchThatScholarship do not constitute professional academic or financial advice. While we strive to keep our scholarship and university databases accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any scholarship, grant, or university program listed.

Using our Resume Builder or SOP Outliner does not guarantee university admission or the awarding of a scholarship. Final decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective institutions and funding bodies.

4. Content Sources and Accuracy

CatchThatScholarship publishes a mix of original blog content, guides, and free IELTS practice materials. To help you evaluate the information you're reading, here is how our content is sourced:

• Hungary-related content: Blog posts, guides, and articles specifically about studying, living, or applying for scholarships in Hungary are based on the founder's own firsthand experience and personal knowledge as a resident and international student in Hungary. These are first-person accounts, not third-party research.
• Content on other countries and topics: All other blog posts and guides covering countries, universities, and scholarships outside of Hungary are compiled through independent research using publicly available official sources. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and current, it should be treated as a starting point for your own research, and you should always verify time-sensitive details (deadlines, eligibility, fees) directly with the official institution or scholarship provider before applying.
• IELTS mock tests: Some of the free IELTS practice tests on our Site are official free sample materials made publicly available by the British Council for candidate practice; these remain the property of the British Council and are used strictly for non-commercial, educational reference. Other IELTS practice tests on our Site are independently created and curated by CatchThatScholarship to mirror the structure, timing, question types, and difficulty of the official IELTS exam. These self-curated tests are original works, contain no copyrighted third-party exam content, and are owned exclusively by CatchThatScholarship under our brand.

We do not claim ownership over official British Council materials referenced or linked on our Site, and we do not claim that our self-curated practice tests are identical to or endorsed by the British Council or IDP/IELTS. They are designed to closely resemble the official format for practice purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, databases, custom graphics, and software tools on this Site are the exclusive property of CatchThatScholarship and its founder, Istiak Bin Razzak Abid. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may use our tools to generate personal documents (like resumes and SOPs) for your own study abroad applications. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, scraping, or modifying our proprietary code, databases, or educational content for commercial purposes.

To keep parts of our platform free for students, CatchThatScholarship may display advertisements served by third-party vendors, including Google.
